Add to drinking water or mix with food.
- Poultry, quail, rabbit: 1-2g/liter of water for 3-7 days or 1g/5kg of body weight/time, 2 times/day (12 hours apart) /3-7 days.
- Pigs, calves: 1g/10kg body weight, twice daily for 3-7 days.
* Preventive dose is equal to ½ of therapeutic dose.
